Cash Flow Financing
Cash flow financing is a type of funding in which a business borrows money based on its expected future cash flows. Unlike asset-based financing, which relies on collateral (such as inventory or equipment), cash-flow financing is primarily based on the company's ability to generate consistent revenue and cash flow. Businesses often use this type of financing to cover short-term operational expenses, invest in growth opportunities, or manage seasonal fluctuations in revenue.
